VIC 2026 exists to raise professional standards across the VA industry — and that includes making the content accessible to people who are actively building but can't yet afford a ticket. Scholarships are not charity. They're an investment in the professionals who are working hard to grow and who will carry the knowledge forward.

You explain briefly why paying even the lowest ticket price isn't possible right now. No documentation required — just a short, honest explanation.

Right Fit

You're actively working as a VA, actively trying to enter the VA industry, or you're a client-side operator who directly manages remote support.

Genuine Commitment

You confirm you can attend live at 10 PM Manila (PHT, UTC+8), or you'll watch recordings and complete a short post-event reflection.

Values Alignment

You agree to VIC 2026's core values — trust, clarity, collaboration, boundaries, and growth — and commit to respectful participation.

Priority

We will prioritize applicants who are (1) in a lower-income country context, (2) early-career and actively building, or (3) referred by a trusted partner, speaker, or community leader.

How it works

The process

Submit your application

Fill out a short form (3–5 questions). It takes less than 5 minutes. No essay, no documentation — just honest answers.

We review applications

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-reviewed basis against the criteria above. We aim to notify all applicants within 2 weeks.

Receive your access

If approved, you'll receive a personal access link. Scholarship access is non-transferable and may not be shared or resold.

Attend and reflect

Attend the sessions you signed up for. Live scholarship holders may be asked to complete a short post-event reflection — a way to close the loop and pay it forward.
